The accomodation is situated in the centre of Verbania, in the immediate vicinity of the historic centre of Intra (150 m). The apartment was furnished in 2002 is on the fifth and last floor of a block of flats built in 2000. There is a lift suitable for the disabled.

At a distance of about 200 m is an equipped beach which can be used in July and August.

At a distance of about 150 m there is access to the lakeside walk of Intra.
The area is very quiet, even if it is situated in centre of town.

The house is located in the center of Verbania, in the immediate neighbourhood of the historic center of Intra and the lakeside promenade.

At about 300 meters there is a beautiful equipped beach and the "Maggiore" events center.

The house, with a garden for exclusive use, is on three levels and has recently been renewed.
