The apartment is located between Santa Maria di Leuca and Pescoluse, one characterised by high cliffs and the other by beautiful beaches.

Pescoluse is located on the Ionic coast and has very fine sand, high dunes and crystal clear water.
The waters of Pescoluse (Lecce) have obtained in 2004, in 2005 and in 2006 the prestigious award of the "4 VELE" (4 sails) of Legambiente.

The apartment is located at the ground floor of a recently constructed villa with a stupendous seaview. The villa also has a private access to the sea by a small wooden platform.
