The Structure is a Single three-room-house that can accommodate up to 6 people.

It is located about 1,200 meters from the center of Fondotoce (hamlet of Verbania) and 500 meters from Lake Mergozzo and 2,000 meters from Lake Maggiore .

The house is on one level and is equipped with an outdoor area for exclusive use equipped for dining outdoors.

The house was renovated in 2021 , external and internal finishes, floors, furniture.

The accomodation is situated in the centre of Verbania, in the immediate vicinity of the historic centre of Intra (150 m). The apartment was furnished in 2002 is on the fifth and last floor of a block of flats built in 2000. There is a lift suitable for the disabled.

At a distance of about 200 m is an equipped beach which can be used in July and August.

At a distance of about 150 m there is access to the lakeside walk of Intra.
The area is very quiet, even if it is situated in centre of town.
