The accommodation is located in the centre of Otranto, about 500 metres away from the castle and the pedestrian area.

The accommodation, located in a two-storey block of a limited number of flats, was completed in March 2009. . All services (bars, restaurants, shops) are reachable by foot.

At about 2 km north from Otranto you can find the area which is called "Laghi Alimini" because of the two sweet water lakes next to the sea.
The apartments are situated in the countryside of the Alimini lakes at about 2km from the sea reachable also by the cycling paths next to the apartments.
The distance from the apartments to Otranto is about 6 km.
Every apartment has air conditioning and an outdoor parking place.
