The apartments are situated in the center of Cannobio in a historical recently restructured building.
The building is in the pedestrianised area, that also includes the promenade, turistic port and public beach.

Upon request it is possible to have a garage in the underground part of the building. Please note the garage is relatively small.
At a distance of about 1000 mt there is a beach with amenities for wind-surf.

At approximately 250 mt there is access to the promenade of Cannobio.
The area is extremely quiet.

The accomodation is situated in the centre of Verbania, in the immediate vicinity of the historic centre of Intra (150 m). The apartment was furnished in 2002 is on the fifth and last floor of a block of flats built in 2000. There is a lift suitable for the disabled.

At a distance of about 200 m is an equipped beach which can be used in July and August.

At a distance of about 150 m there is access to the lakeside walk of Intra.
The area is very quiet, even if it is situated in centre of town.

The accommodation is located on the second floor of a modern building with a lift in Verbania Pallanza.
The historic centre of the town and the lakeside are only 400m away, as well all the facilities.
The accommodation is in a good pisition to start different excusrions to the lake and the surrounding area and the closest beach and swimming pool that is the one in Verbania Suna at 700 m.
The area is considered very quiet, even if it is very close to the centre.
The accommodation can host up to 6 people.
