The construction ended in summer 2011, is situated in the neighbourhood of Ronco city centre, hamlet of Ghiffa, on the first hills.

It is about 200 mt. away from Ronco centre and about 500 mt away from the lakefront of Ghiffa. The apartments are in a very quiet and sunny posistion with a total lakeview.

The recently constructed structure is a complex of six houses. The two head villas are offered as holiday house together with an another apartment. The holiday homes were furnished in 2017 all featuring fenced garden and parking space .

The centre of Belgirate is old and very characteristic, with houses boasting pretty balconies and small porticoes, and the accommodation (a one-roomed flat) is located right in the heart of the old town. The building, a typical lakeside home, was fully renovated in 2005.
The entire area , starting from Belgirate, continuing to Arona is immersed in green and there are numerous private classic villas and residences with parks and swimming pools.

Sula' is a big house on three levels, with a beautiful view on the lake, a green patio and a piano, a stone's throw from the lake, the beach and all the services offered by this charming village on the shores of Lake Maggiore.

It can accommodate up to 8 people and it's ideal for families and groups of friends. Pets are welcome.
