The apartments are situated in the center of Cannobio in a historical recently restructured building.
The building is in the pedestrianised area, that also includes the promenade, turistic port and public beach.

Upon request it is possible to have a garage in the underground part of the building. Please note the garage is relatively small.
At a distance of about 1000 mt there is a beach with amenities for wind-surf.

At approximately 250 mt there is access to the promenade of Cannobio.
The area is extremely quiet.

The house is located in the hilly area of Verbania about three km from the city center of Verbania Intra .

The house has a small garden and large terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view of Lake Maggiore.

The Villa is a three-room house with kitchenette and can accommodate up to 4 people .
