Ground Floor:
- Living room with two sofa beds;
- Large terrace that can be accessed from the living room and kitchen, equipped with table and chairs;
- living kitchen;
- Corridor;
- Bathroom with large shower;
- Bedroom with two single beds;
- Double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and sink;
- Garage
Lower Floor:
- Double bedoom;
- Corridor with washing machine area;
- Bathroom with shower.
The house can host up to n. 8 people :
- 2 people in the living room.
- 2 people in the double room.
- 2 people in the bedroom with two single beds.
- 2 people in the second double bedroom on the lower floor.
Equipment: TV-SAT, 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, American coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, BBQ, Wi-Fi, washing machine, swimming pool, parking space.
