The Villa is a Three-room house on the mezzanine floor with a splendid lake view, terrace and garden as follows:

• Terrace, equipped with table and chairs and sun-shade, from which you can enjoy a stunning lake view.
• Living room with kitchenette.
• Bedroom with bunk bed.
• Double bedroom.
• Bathroom with shower.
• Fenced garden on the lower level.
• Laundry room on the lower level.

The house can host up to n. 4 people :

- 2 people in the double room.
- 2 people in the small bedroom with the bunk bed.

Equipment: TV-Sat, 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, moka, American coffee machine, washing machine.
