Furthermore, the area is served by a supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent and restaurants. The villa can host up to 6 people.

The House is a three-roomed apartment in the storic center of Belgirate. The building is a typical house of the lake and is located on three floors. The entire area , starting from Belgirate, continuing to Arona is immersed in green and there are numerous private classic villas and residences with parks and swimming pools.

The centre of Belgirate is old and very characteristic, with houses boasting pretty balconies and small porticoes, and the accommodation (a one-roomed flat) is located right in the heart of the old town. The building, a typical lakeside home, was fully renovated in 2005.
The entire area , starting from Belgirate, continuing to Arona is immersed in green and there are numerous private classic villas and residences with parks and swimming pools.
