The structure is located in the central area of Meina at about mt. 100 from the lakefront and its restaurants and bars .

The beach is about 150 meters away.

In the structure, organized in an internal courtyard, two large studio apartments on the ground floor. Both were renovated in 2020 .

The structure, recently built, is a complex of a few apartments. the two apartments on the ground floor have outdoor spaces and are easily accessible.
The apartments are located in the hamlet of Albo, 3 km from Mergozzo and its lake.

The area should be considered very quiet and central as it is within easy reach of all the tourist spots and towns of the Val d'Ossola.

The holiday homes were built in 2023 and furnished, all equipped with outdoor spaces for exclusive use and parking space.
