The structure is a typical House of the lake located at about 300 meters from the Ticino river and about 2 km from Lake Maggiore and from the its beaches .

It is located in Castelletto Ticino, about 6 km far away from the city center of Arona .

On the First Floor we have a Three-room apartment , for 4 people with outdoor space .

It is a 1 bedroom flat on the first floor of the historic building "Palazzo Bedone" from the 1600 with a beautiful garden of about 5000 sqm, which overlooks directly on the lake in the historic centre of Meina. Starting from Belgirate, ending at Arona it is all a green area with many historic private villas and residences with gardens and swimming pools.

The structure is located in the central area of Meina at about mt. 100 from the lakefront and its restaurants and bars .

The beach is about 150 meters away.

In the structure, organized in an internal courtyard, two large studio apartments on the ground floor. Both were renovated in 2020 .
