The apartment is located between Santa Maria di Leuca and Pescoluse, one characterised by high cliffs and the other by beautiful beaches.
The apartment is located at the ground floor of a recently constructed villa with a stupendous seaview. The villa also has a private access to the sea by a small wooden platform.

The structure is located in the center of Santa Maria di Leuca, at roughly 300m from the sea. The apartments, even thought they are located in the center, are immersed in green and are very peaceful. All services (bars, supermarkets, restaurants) are reachable by foot.

The residence ("Junior 2") is at a distance of roughly 1 km from the beach and is composed by small two--floored structures where single apartments have been inserted. On the internal of the residence there’s a swimming pool and a tennis court, open in the period from july to august.
