The apartments are situated in the center of Cannobio in a historical recently restructured building.
The building is in the pedestrianised area, that also includes the promenade, turistic port and public beach.

Upon request it is possible to have a garage in the underground part of the building. Please note the garage is relatively small.
At a distance of about 1000 mt there is a beach with amenities for wind-surf.

At approximately 250 mt there is access to the promenade of Cannobio.
The area is extremely quiet.
