The apartments are located in a residential area at roughly 300m from the center of Stresa and at roughly 500m from the beautiful worldfamous Promenade.
The flats is near "Palazzo dei Congressi" where take place several famous musical events from July to September.

The building is located in the area called la Sacca a hamlet of Stresa . From here start several walking and cycling paths, direction Mottarone or Stresa. The area is quiet and you can enjoy from the terrace of the apartment a great view of the Lake Maggiore

The tranquility of Pian di Sole is exceptional and gives you the opportunity to relax, including a restful sleep.

The apartment was renovated between 2021 and 2023, making it ideal for large families with children.

Adjacent to the apartment is a private garden, recently redeveloped. This includes a seating area with table, chairs and umbrella, as well as an adjacent lawn with sun loungers, offering a heavenly view of the lake.

The Val Grande National Park begins right behind the house and is the largest nature park in Italy. Highlights include a day trip from the house to Monte Zeda, one of the highest mountains in the national park.

Right behind the house, there is a private climbing cliff in the woods (Sasso Corbe) with several routes of varying difficulty.

In Premeno there is a small grocery store and an excellent pizzeria ("al Sole"), a five-minute walk from the house. The area is also ideal for cycling and golf (Pian di Sole golf course)
