The structure, recently built, is a complex of a few apartments. the two apartments on the ground floor have outdoor spaces and are easily accessible.
The apartments are located in the hamlet of Albo, 3 km from Mergozzo and its lake.

The area should be considered very quiet and central as it is within easy reach of all the tourist spots and towns of the Val d'Ossola.

The holiday homes were built in 2023 and furnished, all equipped with outdoor spaces for exclusive use and parking space.

The structure is a typical lake house restored, with an inner courtyard.
The property is located about 400 meters from the center of Mergozzo and its lakefront and it is very quiet. The accommodation is on the first floor and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people .

The apartment is three-roomed on the first floor, on the ground floor is available a garden with gazebo and outdoor furniture.
The center of Oggebbio, a hamlet of Gonte, with restaurants and shops are on 700 m. At about 1 km you can found the lake with numerous free beaches.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

"Pasha Villa" was the residence of the Pasha Draneht, dignitary of the viceroy of Egypt.
It occupied forty people including waiters, gardeners and ostler, a corner of the East on the shores of Lake Maggiore.

Today, the villa was transformed in a residence located in the park, and available to customers there are a swimming pool , tennis courts , jetty , children\’s playground , barbecue area .
