The structure, recently built, is a complex of a few apartments. the two apartments on the ground floor have outdoor spaces and are easily accessible.
The apartments are located in the hamlet of Albo, 3 km from Mergozzo and its lake.

The holiday homes were built in 2023 and furnished, all equipped with outdoor spaces for exclusive use and parking space.

Reached directly by car enjoys excellent exposure and a breathtaking view.
The building is located in Passera small village about 400 meters above the lake and about 3.0 km from Stresa, from this point starting several footpaths and cycle for Mottarone or direct to the center of Stresa.
The area is quiet and you can enjoy from the balcony a great view of Lake Maggiore.
The accommodation can sleep up to 6 people.
