The house is a typical house of the lake area dated back XIX century, located in the hills of Verbania Intra , about 3 km away from the centre of Verbania Intra.
You will find yourselves surrounded by nature in a house with a timeless atmosphere, but still within easy reach of the local amenities, beaches and tourist resorts.
About 10 km away there is Parco Nazionale della Valgrande, the biggest wilderness park in Italy.

The structure has an excellent view of the lake and of Verbania . It is located about 2km from the lake coast road, and a few kilometers from the nearby cities of Stresa and Verbania. Its location and easy accessibility from the city of Verbania make Arizzano a convenient town for those who want to dedicate the week to relaxation and sport surrounded by greenery and nature. The Arizzano area is suitable both for families who wish to spend peaceful holidays, and for young people, as nearby you can find some nichtclubs.

The structure is located in the area of "Lagoni Mercurago" Natural Oasis declared by UNESCO Heritage for Prehistoric sites (Piles).
