The structure is located in the Municipality of Arizzano, a small building with a few lodgings where a three-room flat on the second floor has been created. The structure has an excellent view of the lake and of Verbania . It is located about 2km from the lake coast road, and a few kilometers from the nearby cities of Stresa and Verbania. Its location and easy accessibility from the city of Verbania make Arizzano a convenient town for those who want to dedicate the week to relaxation and sport surrounded by greenery and nature. The Arizzano area is suitable both for families who wish to spend peaceful holidays, and for young people, as nearby you can find some nichtclubs.

The structure is located in the area of "Lagoni Mercurago" Natural Oasis declared by UNESCO Heritage for Prehistoric sites (Piles).
It is situated on a slight hill from where you have a magnificent view of the Lake, the city of Arona and the Rocca of Angera .
The lake and the city center of Arona are only about 1 km from the apartment.

The structure is located in the area of the "Lagoni di Mercurago" Natural oasis declared by Unesco World Heritage for its Prehistoric sites (Piles). The entrance to the Park is approximately 900 meters away.
