The structure is located in the area of "Lagoni Mercurago" Natural Oasis declared by UNESCO Heritage for Prehistoric sites (Piles).
It is situated on a slight hill from where you have a magnificent view of the Lake, the city of Arona and the Rocca of Angera .
The lake and the city center of Arona are only about 1 km from the apartment.

The apartments are located roughly 200 m from the storic center of Carciano, roughly 1 km from the storic center of Stresa and rougly 400 mt from the lake and the harbour for the islands.
