The Chalet is located in the Poggio Radioso area in the municipality of Nebbiuno. On a hill at an altitude of approximately m. 550 (the lake is at an altitude of 200 m). It is easily reachable via the motorway (Carpugnino or Meina exit) and many places on Lake Maggiore are also easily reachable via the motorway. The property has a large fenced garden shaded by lush plants

"Pasha Villa" was the residence of the Pasha Draneht, dignitary of the viceroy of Egypt.
It occupied forty people including waiters, gardeners and ostler, a corner of the East on the shores of Lake Maggiore.

Today, the villa was transformed in a residence located in the park, and available to customers there are a swimming pool , tennis courts , jetty , children\’s playground , barbecue area .
