It is easily reachable via the motorway (Carpugnino or Meina exit) and many places on Lake Maggiore are also easily reachable via the motorway. The property has a large fenced garden shaded by lush plants

The apartment is three-roomed on the first floor, on the ground floor is available a garden with gazebo and outdoor furniture.
The center of Oggebbio, a hamlet of Gonte, with restaurants and shops are on 700 m. At about 1 km you can found the lake with numerous free beaches.
