This apartment is located in a antique building of around 1700 within the outer walls of the city, in fornt of the harbour. This structure is characterised by an internal courtyard, from where the various apartments are accessed. The first owners of this building were the Red Barons, rich landowners of the area.
Inside the apartment one can see the typical starshaped ceiling, the terrace with sea-view is on the highest floor and can be accessed through an external staircase.

The apartment is situated on the stockade of the historic centre of Gallipoli, from where you can admire a wonderful view of the sea and of the island of S. Andrea. The flat is on the ground floor in a typical historic centre building. It was completely renovated and furnished in 2002.

The apartment is at roughly 50m from the sea (cliffside sea), 600m from the storic center and roughly 600m from the most beautiful beaches in the Gallipoli area, characterised by beautiful equipped beaches with parasols, deckchairs, restaurants and pizzerias. At roughly 50m from the apartment you can have a beautiful walk on the promenade, where you can find bars, stands and fairs for children open until late at night. The complex is a recent construction and the apartment is finely decorated and precisely detailed.

The accommodation is located in the recently developed Lido San Giovanni area, one of the most beautiful areas of Gallipoli with 2 beautiful beaches equipped with umbrellas, sun beds, a restaurant, pizzeria and a small tourist port, no more than 200 metres away.
The accommodation consists of two two-roomed flats, renovated in 2010, set on the fourth floor with a terrace and a sea view.

The structure is located in the center of Santa Maria di Leuca, at roughly 300m from the sea. The apartments, even thought they are located in the center, are immersed in green and are very peaceful. All services (bars, supermarkets, restaurants) are reachable by foot.
The apartments can accomodate up to 6 persons.
