The house is located in the hilly area of Verbania, about three km from the center of Intra. You will find yourself in the historic center of the Borgo di Cissano in a timeless house, but still close to all facilities to the beaches and tourist localities.
This is a typical lake house from the 19th century.
The house is a three-room apartment on more levels from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake. The accommodation is suitable as a base for excursions to the localities of lake and mountains, in fact, it is located about 10 km from the Valgrande national park which is the largest wilderness park great of Italy.

The building is located in the central area of Arona about mt. 300 from the lakeside promenade and its restaurants and bars .

At about 400 meters there is the railway station and at about 800 meters the beautiful equipped beach .

On the first floor of the building, with lift, a two-room apartment that was renovated in 2020 with kitchenette and large balcony .

The apartment can host up to a maximum of 4 people

The structure is located in the area of the "Lagoni di Mercurago" Natural oasis declared by Unesco World Heritage for its Prehistoric sites (Piles). The entrance to the Park is approximately 900 meters away.

The structure consists of Four Apartments completely renovated including furnishings in 2024. The lake and the center of Arona are only about 1.60 km away.
