• Large terrace that can be accessed from the living room and kitchen, equipped with table and chairs;

• Bathroom with large shower;
• Bedroom with two single beds;
• Double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and sink;
• Garage

Lower Floor:

• Double bedoom;
• Corridor with washing machine area;
• Bathroom with shower.

The house can host up to n. 8 people :

- 2 people in the living room.
- 2 people in the double room.
- 2 people in the bedroom with two single beds.
- 2 people in the second double bedroom on the lower floor.
