The Villa is on two levels and consists of:

• Large enclosed garden for exclusive use;
• Swimming pool for exclusive use open from 15 April to 15 October.
• Porch area equipped with table and chairs.
• Outdoor equipment: Barbecue, umbrella, n. 4 sun loungers, outdoor corner sofa.

Ground Floor

• Living room.
• Living kitchen; area lowered by a few steps which gives access to the following three rooms on one level;
• Dining room.
• Living room with sofa bed for two.
• Bathroom with bathtub

First Floor

• Passthrough mezzanine used as a library room with single sofa bed
• Passage
• Bathroom with shower
• Double bedroom
• Room with two single bunk beds
• Room with a French bed

The accommodation can host up up to n. 8 people :
- 2 people in the double room
- 2 people in the room with bunk beds.
- 1 person in the room with a French bed.
- 2 people in the living room on the double sofa bed.
- 1 person in the mezzanine.

Equipment: Electric oven, microwave oven, 6-burner gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, Moka coffee maker, Nespresso machine, Smart TV (with Prime video, Netflix, Paramount+, Now TV), Wifi.

Pets are welcome.
