Sula' is a large house on three levels, with a beautiful view of the lake, a tree-lined patio and a piano, a stone's throw from the lake, the beach and all the services offered by this enchanting village on the shores of Lake Maggiore. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is ideal for families and groups of friends. Pets are welcome.
Sula' is part of a small group of family houses, joined by a characteristic narrow street with stone steps, which preserve the spirit of the typical lake houses and form a charming village also suitable for larger families. Coming from the lake it is the highest of all and for this reason it has always been called like that.
Belgirate has always been a place of relax, it was frequented by illustrious people, patriots, poets, statesmen, bankers, industrialists and cited in poems and novels, of worldwide success such as La Certosa di Parma by Stendhal.
In the narrow streets of its historic center, Antonio Rosmini from Stresa met Alessandro Manzoni, coming from nearby Lesa, where his second wife Teresa Borri-Stampa owned a villa

The house is on three levels with a small garden and splendid lake view on the upper floors and two accesses from different alleys, and it consists of:
Ground Floor
- Garden and equipped courtyard for exclusive use but part of a larger garden;
- External staircase that leads from the garden to the balcony on the first floor of the music room;
- Living room with sofa bed with two beds;
- Kitchen corner with secondary entrance from the alley...;
- Internal staircase leading to the hallway on the first floor;
- External staircase that leads from the alley to the balcony of the double bedroom;
- Hallway with two-seater sofa bed;
- Music room, with piano, which leads to a balcony with lake view;
- Room with double bed;
- Bathroom with shower;
- Room with double bed;
- Small bathroom with shower;
- Balcony with splendid lake view;
The accommodation can host up ton. 8 people :
- 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor.
- 2 people in the double bedroom on the first floor.
- 1 person in the hallway on the first floor.
- 1 person in the Music Room on the First Floor.
- 2 people in the Double Room on the Second Floor.
Equipment: TV - Smart, 4 burner gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, part of the garden for exclusive use equipped with table and chairs.
