The Villa has its name for the privileged position, next to the lake, from where you can admire the beautiful sunrise.

During the summer you can also use the private beach, which is situated at about 30m from the flat.
At about 800m you can also find the centre of Ghiffa with bars, restaurants and supermarkets instead, at Oggebbio you can rent boats, water-scooters, kayak, mountain bikes, canoes.
