The apartments are situated in the center of Cannobio in a historical recently restructured building.
The apartments have been renovated and furnished in 2003.
The building is in the pedestrianised area, that also includes the promenade, turistic port and public beach.
The access to the flats is from the pedestrianised road and through a characteristic medieval courtyard or from the public road, crossing the comunal garden of the building.
Upon request it is possible to have a garage in the underground part of the building (2 garages available). Please note the garage is relatively small (5x2,30 m).
At a distance of about 1000 mt there is a beach with amenities for wind-surf.
At approximately 250 mt there is access to the promenade of Cannobio.
The area is extremely quiet.

Apartment Three-Room
The apartment is located on the fourth floor without elevator.
The apartment is a three roomed flat on two levels of about 95 m². composed of:
living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with bathtub, balcony of 2,5 m². with view over the town and lake;
on the upper level: master room, bedroom with twin beds and bathroom with shower.
The flat can accomodate up to 6 persons:
- 2 persons in double bed
- 2 persons in bedroom with twin beds
- 2 persons in living-room on the double sofa bed.
Supplied: TV, gas cooker four hobs, electric oven, balcony with chairs, fireplace.
