The apartment is a First floor studio with mezzanine. Access is on a flat level from the street.
The apartment has lakeview and outdoor space equipped and it consists of:
- Outdoor space equipped with table and chairs and sunshade.
- Outdoor space on the lower floor equipped with two deckchairs.
- Living room with sofa bed with two beds.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Mezzanine with double bed.
The accomodation can host up to 4 people:
- 2 people in the master bedroom;
- 2 people in the living area on the sofa bed.
